How do I add money to my wallet?
Open Add Money, pick or enter an amount in Naira and pay securely with Flutterwave. Your wallet is credited within seconds. If it isn't, send us the Flutterwave transaction ID.
My SMS code didn't arrive. What happens to my money?
You can cancel a number that hasn't received a code and get your money back. If no code arrives within 20 minutes, the number is cancelled and refunded to your wallet automatically.
Where can I find what I bought?
Everything you buy is listed in Order History, with the login details, keys or codes for each order. Instant products are also sent to your email.
How long do eSIM and RDP orders take?
Our team completes eSIM refills, eSIM activations and RDP orders by hand, and we email you as soon as yours is done. If an order can't be completed, the money goes back to your wallet.
How long does eSIM activation take?
Most eSIMs activate within 2–5 minutes. If you don't see a signal after 10 minutes, restart your device or turn Airplane Mode on and off.
Can I use the VPN on multiple devices?
